Full-Time Associate Dentist - Fargo, ND

Location: Fargo, North Dakota
About Us: Concept Dentistry is a leading dental practice in Fargo, North Dakota; committed to providing exceptional dental care to patients of all ages. Currently we have 6 locations with more than 15,000 active patients.
Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist. The ideal candidate will be eager to work in a team environment, provide individualized care and come to work with an intensity to learn and expand their dental skills.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive dental care for patients, including exams, cleanings, fillings, and other treatments in an office. - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care. - Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Stay current on advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
Qualifications: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. - State licensure in North Dakota. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well in a team environment.
Compensation/Benefits: Initial Base Salary and transition to percentage of collections once established. Comprehensive health insurance and dental coverage. Continuing education opportunities. Supportive work environment with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.
